State Wrestling

February 25-28 I was able to go with my sister Brooke, her husband Jason, and their oldest Ty, and my sister Ashey, to watch our youngest brother Nick wrestle his last year at state!! These are the back seat pasengers!! Believe it or not we did have a good car ride, even tho it was sooo long!























We were able to stop at Independance rock. This is where some pioneers carved their names in the rock. It was kinda cold, so i hope to go back with Chad when it is warmer.

Nick did a great job at state this year! He didn't place as high as he wanted. However, Nick is the 8th person the history of Star Valley to have placed all 4 years at state!! He did place higher this year than hte other years, coming home with a 4th place finish in 4A at 189. Great Job Nick!! We are so proud of you. Ty said" He got a gold medal." It was so cute!















They have what they call Parade of Champions. This is a very cool thing. All the teams come out in a orderly way sstarting with 2A and finishing with 4A. all of this is done in the dark and way cool! Here are a few pics from that.
